So, this is how my brain works…when we wanted to talk Nelly Korda with NBC Sports broadcaster Kay Cockerill, the first thing that came to my mind was the famous 2002 Nelly joint.

But, this conversation went much deeper than the historic LPGA run of Korda. We talked about Cockerill’s own experience as a 2-time U.S. Women’s Amateur champion, how many amateurs fail in the golf swing, and who talks the most trash on the women’s tour.

And, she has this answer for her favorite place she’s played…and it was not the site of either Amateur win.
